Measure 4: Chest Circumference

Raise the arms and place the tape measure horizontally on the nipples.
ATTENTION: Take care to place the tape measure horizontally.

Lower the arms. DO NOT hold your breath.
Move on this prospective and take the picture.

Always take care of: Try to take exactly the same picture you see above.
We have to see the edge of the tape measure (the metallic part as shown in the picture).

If you are not sure about a picture, take more pictures.
(Don't worry, if you would take a wrong picture or wrong measure we will ask you to do it again)
